A common thread in Katherine’s life has been connecting people and ideas and turning them into actions. She specializes in helping organizations operationalize their strategic plan and vision. Helping them transition and transform into more efficient, engaged and innovative workplaces.
In the past 20 years, she’s worked for government, herself and the not-for-profit sector. She joined BSG in 2016 as an associate. It was here she found a passion for working within and for small businesses and soon decided she wanted to join full-time in 2018. She’s held several positions at BSG including her current position as Chief Operating Officer. She is an avid learner who wants to continue her growth as a leader within virtual and hybrid work environments.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and knitting. She’s determined to teach herself how to knit new clothing from yarn salvaged from thrifted sweaters.
