How it works

A discovery call will be set up and together we will find the HR solution that best meets your needs. After we will share a quote for your review.
You meet your HR Team Lead and begin onboarding. Most clients will use our HR Information System (HRIS) to optimize HR administration.
Your HR Team Lead and their team learn your business, your culture and get started!
If something comes up that is out of scope, at your request, we will be there to help get you through it.
