The study looked into how BSG and Humi developed an effective, comprehensive way of supporting small and medium enterprise (SME) HR operations. BSG’s experts provide guidance and hands-on administration, while the modern software Humi provides enables centralized access and management of all things related to people management in an organization.
In 2023, BSG transitioned from another HRIS solution to Humi, owing to the software’s ease of use, robust features, and Canadian-based data storage. “We wanted a solution that reflected the quality of our own services, and Humi delivered,” said Todd Luckasavitch, CEO of BSG.
