Get to know our Accounting Associate, Eyad Ayoub! Eyad is a vital member of the Bookkeeping team and we wanted to share his experience with BSG.
What do you enjoy about working with BSG?
When it comes to the way we think and use technology to support business, we can notice how Business Sherpa Group is converting the devices that we all have and use everyday to powerful tools in support of small to medium-sized businesses. I am glad to be part of BSG team that keeps developing innovative solutions to provide a professional business service.
What do you do during a typical day? Is there something about your work that you enjoy the most?
As a senior bookkeeper with more than 25 years of experience in the field, I help our clients focus on their success by providing them with the information needed at the right time. By enhancing the current process for sales, purchases, cash flow management & banking, planning & budgeting, payroll, and tax, I am able to provide them with the solutions for their daily difficulties.
I really enjoy helping our clients redesign their processes to set up an adequate and efficient workflows that have clear roles and responsibilities that make the flow of business more efficient, in the way that works best for each client.
How do you keep you motivated during these unprecedented times (COVID-19)?
Throughout the pandemic, a new responsibility that has been added to the BSG team is to help our clients survive these difficult times and that gives us motivation because we understand that the team has a social responsibility to help Canadian businesses and the economy to recover from COVID-19.
What are your future goals (for either yourself or for you SME clients)?
Don’t stop learning is the most important lesson I have learned from being a team member at BSG. My next step is to become a CPA to be able to support the BSG team with more skills that might help our clients to reach their goals.
