Their VP of Marketing was trying to do all the HR herself, including hiring in a tight market. Bringing in some outside support enabled them to streamline their focus and continue to grow!
Richard Jaggon joined Business Sherpa Group in 2016 after earning a post-graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Algonquin College. As a BSG associate, Richard is involved in providing clients from various industries with a range of services, to include: recruitment, employee engagement surveys, payroll and vacation tracking. Richard has a degree in Sociology and completed ten years of military service prior to embarking on his HR career.
