Why Collect This Data?

The workplace changes in the last year has led many – including us – to reflect on what is actually important when it comes to compensation. For example, does your team want to be able to work from home, and would this benefit mean more to them than a salary increase?
At Business Sherpa Group, we believe the perspective as to what is most important has absolutely shifted since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, but we would like to know your thoughts!

The Survey

To assess what employees actually want, we are collecting data about what employees value most about their total rewards (salary, benefits, hours of work, work location, etc.).
The data collected will be analyzed and published in a report on our website this summer. Our goal is to inform employers about how best to attract and retain talent in 2021 and beyond. Participants will have the option to sign up for an alter when the results are published.


Who can participate in this survey?

Any employee of any company. If you receive a paycheque, then your opinion counts!

Can I share this link with others?

Please do! We would like to collect as much data as possible to increase the validity of our findings.

Is this confidential?

Yes, we will not even ask for your name or the name of the company where you work.

How long will it take?

Less than 5 minutes. However the survey is not timed and you can take as long as you like to complete it.
