We manage the complete HR function within your organization.

We do this by assigning a team of senior and operational HR consultants to operate as embedded resources on your team. This sustainable model provides long-term support on as “as needed” basis, often in very small monthly amounts or when new issues arise (ex. legislative compliance deadlines).

You may not need a full-time HR professional, but still need someone to carry the HR load; outsourced HR Management becomes your virtual or in-house HR department, utilized as much or as little needed.

This program is best for businesses that want to have a fully established HR function with a dedicated HR lead at least 1/2 a day a week. Ascent includes:
