The Sherpas traded in their work shoes for their dancing shoes at Salsa @ City Hall! After learning the basics of Salsa in an hour long lesson, we were left to our own dancing devices… alas the nearby Clocktower Brew Pub soon called our names & the dancing was paused (only for a bit!).
In case you’re wondering, Salsa @ City Hall is hosted by Azucar Latin Dance Company and Salsa-Force, and is a weekly Latin dance social held Wednesday evenings on the Marion Dewar Plaza at City Hall. Salsa runs throughout the summer months, so sadly as we enter September the Sherpas will have to hangup their dancing shoes until next year… but we’ll be back!
