Jennifer Eastwood is the Director of the CFO Practice with Business Sherpa Group. In this role, Jennifer is the lead at BSG in bringing our strategic CFO services to our SME clients.
Jennifer focuses on strategic leadership for SMEs across Canada. She specializes in directing transformative and high-level collaborative support across all functions in an organization to support its vision, and to establish pathways for success.
Jennifer has spent the past 35 years working with organizations in the provincial and federal government, not-for-profits, and within the private sector. She has the demonstrated ability to provide quality client-service, and to deliver expert financial oversight.
Outside of work, Jennifer loves to spend time with her family, enjoys travelling, and spends as much time as possible hiking and exploring the 1000 Island region along the St Lawrence River. You will often find her accompanied by her loveable (but at times crazy) canines, including her new rescue dog – a ‘work-in-progress’ Miniature Schnauzer.
