Zack Fleming, CHRL, joined Business Sherpa Group (BSG) in 2014 and has been leading the Managed Recruitment practice since 2019. He and his team of Talent Acquisition Specialists provide embedded recruitment expertise to a broad range of small and mid-sized enterprises, including established technology companies, start-ups, and NPOs. His expertise lies in guiding clients through the recruitment process and advising them on recruitment best practices and talent market conditions.
His HR background enables him to lead the Managed Recruitment practice with a full-spectrum approach. The positive impact this has on clients is evident from the growth the recruitment team has experienced, doubling in size under Zack’s leadership.
Outside of work, Zack enjoys craft beer, food, dogs, and sleeping in.
