Todd Luckasavitch is an executive level Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience in all facets of HR. Having worked in both the private and public sector, Todd has contributed in many areas including software, telecommunications, professional services, finance and projects both at the federal and provincial level of government. His experience spans across recruitment system and process design, succession planning, career and leadership development, compensation, as well as organization design and change management. Todd has strong leadership experience having managed numerous large-scale HR programs, initiatives and system related projects at a country and global level. He is a results oriented individual with success leading both functional and project-based HR teams using a coaching and collaborative style of leadership coupled with a proven ability to influence key stakeholders, driving success and growth in the business.

Todd’s key area of expertise lies within Talent Acquisition and Solutions. He has led large Talent Acquisition organizations globally. Additionally, he has extensive experience in system implementation, workforce planning and talent solutions program development, as well as great success in hands-on recruitment and talent placement at all levels within organizations, from new graduate and student recruiting programs to executive level placements.
