Todd Luckasavitch is an executive-level business and human resources leader with over 25 years of experience in the areas of organization and workforce design and planning, talent attraction and management, strategic planning as well as process and system design and configuration. A proven and recognized leader having led large global teams at the corporate level and now leading the growth of Business Sherpa Group across Canada while providing guidance and expertise to leaders of SME organizations.
Much of Todd’s career was spent in the telecommunications sector, providing talent management and senior HR expertise to business leaders across the globe. He led a global talent system implementation for Alcatel where he spent two years in Paris, France. Later with IBM, Todd supported their Human Capital Management solutions with a focus on workforce transformation for clients in Canada, the US and France. He then returned to telecom where he was the VP, Global Human Resources for Nokia’s Applications and Analytics Business. He remained here until 2017.
Fueled by a strong interest to work with more small/midsized businesses and to support their growth, Todd joined Business Sherpa Group in 2017 to lead and grow their Managed Recruitment (then Talent Solutions) business. With its success and the continued growth of the organization across Canada, he now leads Business Sherpa Group as it continues to scale and strives to provide expertise and flexible business solutions to SMEs. This is done by supporting SMEs through high-quality, efficient, corporate and back-office solutions that in turn enable SMEs to focus on their priorities and strategic plans.
Currently, Todd serves on the Board and Governance Committee for Ausome Ottawa.
